1K Epoxy Primer is a very fast curing, high adhesion primer for most metals.

PLATINUM- The highest grade of Speed Primer Epoxy Infused with our compound to assist with :-

1. Sound Deadening -SP Now limits sound transfer
2. SP Platinum has increased porosity resistance
3. Resonance Suppression -SP Now actively combats resonance produced from panels
4. Thermal Insulative properties -SP now significantly limits heat loss, and reduces energy loss / transfer.
5. Ceramic -SP is now more resistant to abrasion, gouging and has increased longevity due to increased porosity resistance

By selecting the Platinum option you are purchasing the highest grade of SP we can produce. For ultimate sound and thermal insulation we recommend applying Cosyfoam over SP.

• Black colour (if you do not request another colour)
• 40% solids
• 13M2 coverage (theoretical)
• 1>2 coats to reach desired thickness

1K Epoxy Drying Times @25C

• Flash Off        10 minutes
• Dust Free       20 minutes
• Through Dry 12 hours
• Full Cure 28 DAYS
• Overcoating Window 0.5 > 8 hours hours max. sand after this depending on conditions.
• Shelf life 12 months if unopened

T-wash new galvanised steel or allow to weather.
